Winter celebration dedicated to the wine of Bullas with tastings, gastronomic days, concerts and cultural activities around the Denominación de Origen. It takes place in the two weeks before the town's patron saint festivities, and revolves around the Denominación de Origen Bullas, which encompasses the wines produced in the municipality and neighbouring towns, with wineries such as Bodegas del Rosario, the Cooperativa San Isidro, Bodegas Carrascalejo and Bodega Balcona.
