Festivities in honour of Saint Anthony of Padua held in Cañada de Gallego, an inland hamlet of Mazarrón located eleven kilometres from the town, between the coast and the Sierra de las Moreras, with social, cultural and sporting activities. The programme includes religious events and a procession with the saint's image, as well as traditional popular contests such as olive-pit throwing, pétanque, marro throwing and tug of war.
