Llamas del Mouro black pottery

Pottery worked on primitive wheels with a mixture of pale and reddish clay, burnished and fired under sods of earth and grass: the lack of oxygen in the kiln gives the pieces their steely grey colour. From there come the pucheiros, the xarros and the tarreñas for cream.
