Iglesia de San Andrés y Hotel Marqués de Riscal, Elciego

The parish church of San Andrés, whose construction began in the early 16th century over the remains of an earlier hermitage, inspired in stone the façade of the hotel designed by Frank Gehry for Bodegas Marqués de Riscal (opened in 2003), whose height was deliberately set one meter below the church's tower so as not to overshadow it.
