Church of San Cibrao Monument · Viana do Bolo, Viana, Ourense A church of Romanesque origin, the main monument of the parish of San Cibrao (Viana do Bolo), which was once part of a convent of the Order of the Temple; of its original fabric only the simple western portal survives, covered by an open lean-to roof. It has a basilical plan with three naves, something unusual in the area, separated by round arches on monolithic Doric columns. Documentation of the monasterium Sancti Cypriani traces its origin back to the year 916. Photo: José Antonio Gil Martínez from Vigo, Spain (CC BY 2.0) What to see and do in Viana do Bolo
