Historical milestone · Maceda, Allariz - Maceda, Ourense

Image of Maceda, not of the place itself.

The Castelo de Maceda, badly damaged in the 15th-century Great Irmandiño War, was declared a monumento histórico-artístico by decree of the 22nd of April 1949; the restoration of the 1990s restored its original volume, and today it operates as a hotel-monument.
