Monte Comado, in the parish of San Miguel de Reinante and overlooking the concello's coastline, is one of the usual paragliding takeoff points on the Lugo coast, with views taking in Barreiros's stretch of beaches and cliffs, the Ría de Foz, and the mountain ranges of inland Lugo.
