Church of Santiago de Bravos Monument · Ourol, Mariña Occidental, Lugo The toponym A Igrexa, an uninhabited place in the parish of Bravos, in the municipality (concello) of Ourol, comes from the Latin locus ecclesiae, 'the place of the church', due to the presence there of the church of Santiago de Bravos, a parish temple located at the northern end of the municipality, in the mountains that separate the Sor valley from the Landro valley. The same parish preserves on the hillside the Penagateira hillfort (castro). Photo: Elisardojm (CC BY-SA 4.0) What to see and do in Ourol
