82 inhabitants (INE 2025), 25.6 km², at the foot of the mountain ranges of the Guadalupe system. It arose in the Middle Ages as a shepherds' fold belonging to Deleitosa; it is documented from 1413. Depopulation has been drastic: from 614 inhabitants in 1950 to 68 in 2017, with a median age of 73 in the 2015 census and only five residents under 40.
