Artisan cheese fair of national standing, held in Trujillo's Plaza Mayor. Its first edition took place from May 8 to 10, 1986, inaugurated by the president of the Diputación de Cáceres, Manuel Veiga, with more than 80 exhibitors from eleven autonomous communities. It is currently held around late April or early May.
