Sueca, 32 km from Valencia, holds about 5,000 of the 14,000 hectares of rice fields in the Parque Natural de la Albufera and is home to one of Spain's most important rice cooperatives. The Muntanyeta dels Sants, the main viewpoint over the rice-growing plain, is the hub of the marked trails in the park's southern sector.
