Historical milestone · Utiel, La Plana de Utiel-Requena, Valencia

Image of Utiel, not of the place itself.

The flood of 29 October 2024 entered the town centre along the channel of the Magro, caused six deaths and left close to three hundred dwellings uninhabitable. It was the gravest episode recorded in the town and forced bridges and accesses to be rebuilt.
