Sweet of Andalusi root proper to Lent and Semana Santa. It is made with roasted pumpkin or sweet potato, sugar, almond, cinnamon and lemon, and is presented in an earthenware dish crowned with almonds and pine nuts. Xàtiva is its main centre of production.
