The Sierra Calderona, on its slope above Puçol (L'Horta Nord, Valencia), forms the northern boundary of the comarca, between its last foothills and the Mediterranean Sea, and is the starting point for numerous hiking routes, among them the GR-10, which crosses the massif through Segart, Serra and Gátova. Its vegetation combines pine woods and holm oak groves with an understory of rosemary, thyme and strawberry-tree scrub, typical of the Mediterranean mountains. At the western end of the municipal area, the range reaches 182 metres in altitude, facing the coast, which lies at sea level.
