The Fallas of Massamagrell are held in March, organised by seven fallas committees -plaza Inmaculada, el Tro, Les Casetes, L'Amistat, Rei en Jaume, la Raval and Mas de Grell- that bring together more than 2,000 falleros and falleras. The events include parades in traditional costume, mascletàs, firework castles, street parades and the Offering to the Virgin of the Forsaken. The festival culminates on the night of Saint Joseph with the cremà, in which the seven fallas monuments are reduced to ashes.
