The patron saint festivities of Jarafuel, in the El Valle de Cofrentes-Ayora district, are held from 24 to 29 November in honour of San Coronado and Santa Catalina. In addition to the religious events, the village keeps up the traditional Batalla del Agua, one of its best-known celebrations.
