Patronal festival of Ademuz, capital of the comarca, with bullfights and bull runs, unique in the comarca of El Rincón de Ademuz. Among the traditions proper to these festivities, dedicated to San Blas, the rollo de San Blas stands out, a sweet bread roll made and shared to mark the celebration.
