Iglesia de la Asunción y ermitas de Etxarri Aranatz Monument · Etxarri Aranatz, Sakana, Navarra Image of Etxarri Aranatz, not of the place itself. The parish church of the Asunción, in late Gothic style, was built around 1636 by the master builders Juan de Bulano and Juan Ruiz de Bulano, with a Latin-cross plan and star vault. The municipality also preserves the 12th-century Romanesque hermitage of the Purísima Concepción, and that of San Adrián, of medieval origin and restored after a fire in 1983. iglesia hacia 1636 Photo: Basotxerri (CC BY-SA 4.0) What to see and do in Etxarri Aranatz
