Uztárroz/Uztarroze, at 869 m altitude next to the French border, has 136 inhabitants (INE 2025) over 58.19 km². Its coat of arms, a three-arched golden bridge, is the same one that represents the whole Roncal valley. The municipality extends toward the Sierras de Larra-Belagua, in the massif where the Mesa de los Tres Reyes rises.
