Acueducto de Noáin Monument · Valle de Elorz/Elortzibar, Comarca de Pamplona, Navarra A hydraulic work designed in 1782 by the architect Ventura Rodríguez, with the collaboration of Santos Ángel de Ochandátegui and later Francisco Alejo Aranguren, to bring to Pamplona water from the Subiza spring, on the northern slope of the Sierra del Perdón. Built in the late 18th century, it channeled water along 16.5 km and came to measure 1,245 meters over 97 stone-and-brick arches, of which 94 survive today, with columns 18 meters high. It supplied Pamplona until 1895. It was declared a Bien de Interés Cultural with monument status (Spain's highest level of heritage protection) in 1992.
