Samfaina coca of the Noguera

Coca of thin dough covered with samfaina of onion, pepper, aubergine and tomato, which the bakeries of the comarca bake for the fairs and the festes majors. It makes use of the vegetables of the irrigated lands of the Segre and the Rialb.
