Falles de Boí Activity · la Vall de Boí, Alta Ribagorça, Lleida The Falles de Boí are part of the falles of the Pyrenees, a summer solstice fire festival declared Intangible Heritage of Humanity by Unesco. In the Vall de Boí the tradition is called 'córrer falles': lit torches come down from the mountains to the village on the night of Sant Joan (St John's Eve), from 23 to 24 June, together with those of Durro, Senet, Vilaller and Pont de Suert, forming a chain of fire throughout the valley. juny Photo: LeoPérezLuis (CC BY-SA 4.0) What to see and do in la Vall de Boí
