The Festa Major of Roses (Alt Empordà, Girona) is celebrated on 15 August. As well as concerts and open-air dances, the programme includes classical music, habaneras, sardanas and giants, and on that same day the Oikoumene ecumenical mass is celebrated. It is one of the most crowded festival programmes on the north coast of the Alt Empordà.
