The landscape of the pla de Lluçà extends across the central part of the municipality of Lluçà, at the foot of the castle, around the monastery of Santa Maria de Lluçà. It is an agricultural landscape surrounded by farmhouses, cultivated fields, woods and pastures, which preserves the memory of the region's recent autarkic past among the peasant farmhouses of the Lluçanès comarca.
