The Festa Major de Canyelles is the festa major of this municipality in the comarca of Garraf, in the province of Barcelona, which was already described in the mid-19th century in Pascual Madoz's geographical dictionary. With just over 5500 inhabitants, its economy today is divided between agriculture, hospitality and tourism.
