Rafael Casanova, retirement and burial

Wounded on 11 September 1714 as conseller en cap of Barcelona, Rafael Casanova went into hiding and ended up living as a lawyer in Sant Boi, where he died in 1743. He is buried in the parish church of Sant Baldiri.
