A Baroque building constructed between 1739 and 1777 on the Plaça Major, with a five-arch portico; the city's coat of arms was placed in 1763, and in 1892 it hosted the assembly of the Unió Catalanista that approved the Bases de Manresa. Declared an Asset of National Cultural Interest in 2016.
