Church of Sant Miquel d'Olèrdola Monument · Olèrdola, Alt Penedès, Barcelona Image of Olèrdola, not of the place itself. A complex of two superimposed churches: one pre-Romanesque from 929-935, under count Sunyer I of Barcelona, and another Romanesque one consecrated in 991 and altered after the Almohad destruction of 1108, with a barrel vault replacing the wooden roof; it was a parish until 1884. Restored by Jeroni Martorell (1926-1928) and Camil Pallàs (from 1953). An Asset of National Cultural Interest (BCIN 165-MH). Photo: Angela Llop (CC BY-SA 2.0) What to see and do in Olèrdola
