Riverside groves and poplar plantations beside the weir that diverts the waters of the Bernesga to irrigate the flood plain, at some 780 metres of altitude. Traditional irrigation here draws a mosaic of meadows and vegetable plots between the villages of Grulleros and Villadesoto.
