Moradillo del Castillo and San Andrés de Montearados Curiosity · Sargentes de la Lora, Páramos, Burgos Image of Sargentes de la Lora, not of the place itself. Two of the villages in the municipality of Sargentes de la Lora keep distinctive dedications: Moradillo del Castillo has its church under the patronage of San Cristóbal, while San Andrés de Montearados, eight kilometres south of the municipal capital, within the Hoces del Alto Ebro y Rudrón nature reserve, gathers in a hamlet of a handful of houses the hermitage of Nuestra Señora de Brañosera and the church of San Andrés. Beside the hermitage runs the Rebollar stream. Both settlements form part of the Romanesque route of the Páramos comarca, along with the churches of Ayoluengo, Ceniceros and Valdeajos.
