Park of la Alameda Nature · Talavera de la Reina, Talavera, Toledo The Parque de la Alameda is an extension of the Jardines del Prado of Talavera de la Reina, created in 1982 following the layout of an English garden. It has a central lake and two bridges faced with traditional Talavera ceramics, as well as sports and leisure facilities and the fairground where the Feria de Talavera is held. It borders the bank of the river Tagus, from where the bridges crossing the city and the island of El Chamelo can be seen. Photo: Asqueladd (CC BY-SA 3.0) What to see and do in Talavera de la Reina
