Winter celebration in honour of Saint Blaise that lasts several days around 3 February. On the eve, Candlemas Day, the Virgin is taken in procession and a traditional structure is burned amid neighbourhood gatherings. On the 3rd the saint's image is adorned with grapes, laurel branches and oranges, and the typical roscas of San Blas are sold. The following day, known as San Blasillo, aniseed sweets are handed out at the houses of the village. Each year the image passes from the outgoing mayordomos to the incoming ones, who collect it and return it to the parish church.
