The El Lirio mill stands on the hill of the same name, next to the hermitage of Our Lady of the Eagle. It was out of use from 1917 until its restoration in 2018, when it was renovated with parts as close as possible to the originals of the 15th-century flour mill. It can be visited today, and milling festivals are held around it each year.
