The San Blas pilgrimage takes the residents of Burguillos de Toledo to the hermitage of the same name, a building rebuilt in the 16th and 17th centuries and actually dedicated to Nuestra Señora de Burguillos, already mentioned in a Mozarabic document of 1209. It is a church with a Latin-cross plan and a single nave, with a hemispherical dome over the crossing and a Toledan brick-and-masonry façade topped by a bell-gable; today it stands at the centre of the town's cemetery. In February, the pilgrimage to the hermitage includes a mass, a procession and the distribution of food among those attending.
