Festival held by El Romeral on the last weekend of April, over two days, around the windmills that crown the village. The programme includes a tribute to Cervantes, theatrical performances and parades in period costume recreating the La Mancha atmosphere of Don Quixote, as well as a popular tasting of migas. It is one of the most distinctive dates on the local calendar, designed to present the village as a typical picture of La Mancha, with its windmills and traditional architecture.
