Rectangular-plan hermitage in Cabezamesada that houses the image of the Virgen del Castillo, patron saint of the town, and stands out for its metal-truss interior roof structure. Every 15 August the image is brought down in a procession, and during the patronal festivities, on the first weekend of September, produce from the countryside is auctioned in her honour, a tradition that keeps alive popular devotion to the Virgen del Castillo.
