The tower of friar Lorenzo de San Nicolás

The tower of thirty-two metres that crowns the parish church is due to the design that fray Lorenzo de San Nicolás, one of the most widely read architectural theorists of the Spanish Baroque, gave for the temple in 1632. It is the landmark visible from all over the vega of the Pusa.
