The mountain migas

Shepherd's dish made with moistened and crumbled stale bread, garlic and paprika, which is stirred at length in the pan and is accompanied by chorizo, torrezno and fried egg. In the sierra it is also served with grapes in autumn, to cut the taste of the fat.
