La Botarga del Niño Perdido is one of the most important festivities of Valdenuño Fernández (La Campiña, Guadalajara) and of the whole province. Also known as the Festividad del Niño Perdido, it is held on the Sunday following Epiphany, 6 January, and documentary record of it exists since 1721 through an account book. It is declared a Fiesta de Interés Turístico Regional (a regional tourist-interest festival designation) by the Diputación de Guadalajara.
