Hermitage of Nuestra Señora de los Olmos Monument · Casa de Uceda, La Campiña, Guadalajara Image of Casa de Uceda, not of the place itself. The hermitage of Nuestra Señora de los Olmos, from the 16th century, has a Latin-cross plan with a pronounced transept and walls of brick and roughly dressed stone. It stands on the hill of Casa de Uceda (La Campiña, Guadalajara), on the banks of the río Jarama, reached by a track of about three kilometres from the road. On the third weekend of May the pilgrimage to the hermitage is held, in honour of the village's patron saint. Photo: LBM1948 (CC BY-SA 4.0) What to see and do in Casa de Uceda
