La Caridad de Beteta is celebrated on 13 June and consists of the distribution among villagers and visitors of wine, bread and an appetiser, one of the most deeply rooted traditions in Beteta's festive calendar. Each year a different group of villagers is responsible for organising and distributing the products, a custom of a communal rather than religious character.
