A municipality of three villages

Pozorrubielos de la Mancha brings together three population centres - Pozoseco, Rubielos Altos and Rubielos Bajos - spread over 73.51 square kilometres. All three were independent municipalities until their merger into a single one, already reflected in the 1981 census, and today they retain their status as hamlets within the single municipality, whose capital is Rubielos Bajos. According to 2018 figures, Rubielos Bajos had 146 inhabitants, Rubielos Altos 25 and Pozoseco 17.
