Honey of La Alcarria

Designation of Origin created in 1992 that brings together some two hundred and thirty municipalities of Guadalajara and Cuenca. It covers monofloral honeys of rosemary and of lavender and multifloral honey, obtained in a landscape of high plains and aromatic plants.
