Patron saint festival of Hinojosas de Calatrava in honour of San Bernardo, celebrated on 20 August, which traditionally marked the end of the cereal harvest, with a procession and popular festivities. He is the town's main patron, and its parish, dedicated to this saint, dates from 1747; as second patron, San Blas is venerated on 3 February, a feast linked to the olive-growing cycle and livestock farming.
