The feast of San Blas is the celebration of the co-patron of Hinojosas de Calatrava, commemorated on 3 February. Together with the summer patron feast, it traditionally coincided with the end of the year's agricultural work: while the summer feast marked the end of the cereal harvest, that of San Blas marked the end of the olive harvest, both activities also linked to the livestock farming that sustained the town's economy.
