Anchuras, an isolated enclave of Ciudad Real

Curiosity · Anchuras, Montes de Ciudad Real, Ciudad Real

Image of Anchuras, not of the place itself.

The municipal district of Anchuras is an enclave separated from the rest of the province of Ciudad Real, surrounded by those of Toledo, Badajoz and Cáceres. This administrative oddity makes it a singular case on the map of Spain.
