The landscape of Las Labores (Ciudad Real) is one of a plain of vineyards and olive groves. The most important crop is the grapevine, with two cooperatives producing wine, Virgen del Sagrario and San Isidro Labrador. The olive groves are organised around the San Carlos Borromeo cooperative, which markets its oil under the Laboreño brand; there is currently no privately owned oil mill in the village.
