The Night of the Bonfires is celebrated in Pozuelo de Calatrava, a municipality in the Campo de Calatrava district (Ciudad Real), on the night of 7 December, the eve of the Immaculate Conception. Residents light numerous bonfires along the village streets and gather around them to eat and drink.
