A bridge of Roman origin preserved in the municipality of Picón, alongside stretches of road and Roman remains scattered along the bed of the Guadiana. It lies a little over a kilometre from the village, in the heart of the river's fertile plain, where, besides its ruins, several river mills and a stretch of Roman road are preserved, evidence of the passage of an ancient communication route along this stretch of the Guadiana.
