Viveros' main festivities in honour of Saint Bartholomew, held from 23 to 26 August with float parades, fireworks, brass bands, and bull runs with young bulls released in the streets. On the 24th, at midday, a solemn mass is held for the patron saint followed by a procession with his image; during these days the town's population can triple.
